Report Overview

This report generates a printable attendance sheet for committee meetings.

Benefits

Tracking attendance directly into Atlas may not always be possible when an Internet connection isn't available (offsite meetings).  Generating this sheet before the meeting provides an accurate, up to date attendance sheet.

How to Run

From the File Menu, choose Reports > Committee Reports > Meeting Attendance Sheet

Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):

• Select Committee (Committee) - You can either select a name from the drop down list or type a committee name in.
