Issue: Can I cancel a communication that has been scheduled to send (set to a future date)?
Resolution: Yes, Under Communication > Message Admin. For an email that has not yet sent, click on Scheduled. Locate the email, and click the trash icon on the far right to delete the message from the queue.

What about changing the date and/or time on the scheduled communication? How would you do that?
