Report Catalog - Directory Export

Report Overview

This report will generate an exportable member directory within one of three directory types that you can specify: All Active Members, Print Listings Only or Web Listings Only.

Benefits

Use this report to perform simple directory exports to applications outside of MC Trade.  The resulting format of this report is suitable for importing data into several programs, including Microsoft Word for mail merging operations or spreadsheet applications.

How to Run

From the File Menu, choose Reports > Member Reports>  Directory Report > Directory Export

Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):

• Select Members to Export (Members) - Select one of the directory options.

Results

Here is a sample of the report's output:

 

You can then click the export icon in the upper left corner to export this report to Excel.
