Report Overview

This report shows you a summary of all membership referral activity generated by your organization between a time frame that you specify.  Information included in this report includes a general referral summary, top 50 businesses referred, top 50 keywords searched for, most popular events, and a communication metrics within this period.

Running this report gives you a good overview to gauge the effectiveness of your organization's value proposition.

How to Run

From the File Menu, choose Reports > Referral Reports > Executive Summary

Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):

• Enter a start date (Start_Date) - Enter a start date to find summary information in.
• Enter an end date (End_Date) - Enter an end date to find summary information in. Results
