Issue: How do I make a related profile the main contact?
Cause: When pulling lists of members the main contact field is blank on some of my members.
Resolution: To set a related profile as the main contact of a profile, please follow these steps:
1. Open the profile that the related profile will become the main contact of
2. Click on the Related Profiles Tab
3. The main profile checkbox will be unchecked, click the checkbox to fill it in with a checkmark
4. Right click in the grid of related profiles and choose Save Changes and you are done.
