Report Catalog - Listings Set to Expire

Report Overview

This report displays a list of Active Listing Records set to expire. When run, the report displays the Profile's Name, Category and Sub Category of the Listing Record in questions, the date created and the date it is set to expire.

If a Listing Record is not set to expire, it will never appear on this list. Listings displayed on this report are not restricted to Profiles flagged as a Member.

This report breaks down the results in chronological order (listings expiring in the next 30, 60, 90, or 120 days).

Benefits

This report is useful for identifying enhanced or basic Listing Records that were set to expire automatically.

How to Run

From the File Menu, choose Reports > Member Reports > Listings Set To Expire

Upon running the report, you will not be prompted to enter any parameters.
